Naples Airport joins the ENAC project "Autism. Traveling through the airport", promoted in collaboration with FISH Campania and aimed at facilitating the transit at the airport and the air travel of people affected by autism.
The airport experience, from the arrival at the airport to the airplane, is illustrated in a brochure and a video, with images and simple texts that help to know in advance places and airport processes, thus reducing the emotional impact that the new situation can generate, in order to face the journey with greater serenity.
With the support of trained staff, you can visit the airport in the days before your trip by filling in the booking form. The route will begin in the check-in lounge to continue towards the security checks and will end in the boarding gates area. The request must be sent with a minimum notice of seven days from the scheduled date of departure.
The visits will be organized from Monday to Friday in the time slot 09.00 - 16.00.
