    • How to buy parking online

    By purchasing your parking online, the availability of the parking space is granted and you will have access to  special fares and promotions that allow you to save up to 20%.

    ​​​​​​​After the transaction, you will receive the confirmation email with the  booking code (ex.A0012) and the PIN code to be used to access the parking.
    1) Entrance

    Type your 6 digit PIN code  (for example 567890), shown on your confirmation eamil on the numeric keypad of the column at the parking entrance and press  "OK". A ticket will be issued, indicating your booking code (i.e. A0123), and it will be needed to exit the car park. 
    Park your car in any available space.
     

    2) Exit

    Insert the ticket issued when you entered the car park. The system will automatically open the exit bar.

    Notice: should you stay in the car park longer than the scheduled time, you can pay the additional charge by credit card at the exit gate or by cash or debit card at the Parking Info Point located on the ground floor of Multipiano Parking.

    How to modify or cancel your booking

    You can change / cancel a booking up to 1 day before the access to the car park.

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR P1, P3 AND PM-MULTI-STOREY CAR PARKS

    At the entry and exit, the license plate will be read automatically. At the parking entrance column, wait for the ticket to be issued, without pressing any buttons. If the ticket is not issued automatically, contact Assistance via appropriate button.
     
    INSTRUCTIONS FOR P MOTO AND CAPODICHINO PARKING

    At the entry, please enter the 6-digit PIN on the keypad and press OK. Wait for the ticket to be issued and keep it carefully, you will need it to exit the car park at the end of your stay. Park your vehicle in any free stall.

    At the exit, please insert the ticket issued by the system at the entrance of the car park. The system will operate the exit barrier. If you have overstayed your parking time, you can pay for the excess at the exit barrier by card or with cash or credit/debit card at the automated machines or manned parking counter.
