Naples Airport is the first in Italy to Achieve ACA Level 5, the highest environmental certification

The Naples airport is the first in Italy to obtain ACA 5 certification, and Gesac is the tenth airport management company in the world to achieve it.

The Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA) is an international program by ACI Europe that Naples Airport joined in since 2013.It defines and certifies activities aimed at managing, reducing, and neutralizing CO2 emissions. Recognized worldwide as the only program specifically designed for airports, the ACA includes seven different levels of certification, with Level 5 being the highest.
